Direction: Exchange to maker or taker.
Acknowledge an RFQ or report a quote’s lifecycle or rejection.
An RFQ acknowledgment is sent to the taker with QuoteStatus(297)=ACTIVE(16), confirming that the RFQ has been created and is open. QuoteStatus(297)=PENDING(10) describes a pending quote state.
